Retail Assistant Store Manager – Carbonear, NL

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Store Management (recruiting, hiring, performance management, sales objectives, etc.)
• Mentor and motivate the team by delivering incredible customer experience while driving sales goals.
• Lead in bringing the Eastlink brand to life with the launch of the new location and help the team become brand ambassadors.
• Bring a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to running your store.
• Drive performance and thrive in an exciting environment.
