New Glasgow Veterinary Clinic in beautiful Pictou County is looking for a full-time RVT to join the team! Our full-service hospital cares for small animals with a variety of services including wellness and preventative care, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, and soft tissue surgery. Our experienced veterinary team is committed to delivering high-quality patient care while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
As an RVT, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your skills across a variety of clinical services while working alongside a dedicated team that values compassionate care.
You’ll:
- Assist veterinarians with exams, surgery, and treatments
- Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
- Perform laboratory testing and radiography
- Educate pet owners on animal health and wellness
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Provide exceptional care to patients and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) licensed to practise in Nova Scotia
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
- Previous experience is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
