Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR documentation in line with legislation
- Oversee Health & Safety initiatives and programs
- Administer employee benefits and compensation practices
- Manage employee relations and engagement surveys
- Support talent logistics such as onboarding and performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HR or people roles
- Health & Safety leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Ontario employment laws
- Experience in manufacturing or skilled trades
- CHRP / CHRL designation preferred
