Earls Kitchen + Bar seeks an Operations Systems Specialist for its Technology team. This specialist researches and benchmarks Operations Systems while coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholder input. You will create requirements, identify risks, maintain documentation, and support enterprise restaurant platforms. Your work spans POS, inventory, kitchen, payment, and delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and benchmark Operations Systems within the external marketplace
- Maintain current documentation for systems, processes, and training
- Help create business cases and requirements for new initiatives
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor tickets and hold teams accountable to service targets
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of progressive restaurant, IT, or systems experience
- Experience with enterprise restaurant systems and payment platforms
- Proficient Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenging issues
- Quick learner open to coaching, direction, and new challenges
