Lead EA SPORTS art development at EA Vancouver, using project planning and Jira to deliver game features and assets on schedule. Work hybrid onsite Tuesday through Thursday. As a Development Manager within the art team, you will report to a Development Director and manage Artists, Software Engineers, and external partners. You will oversee schedules, hiring, budgets, workflows, and project setup for EA SPORTS FC titles. The team creates visual content and immersive experiences across multiple platforms for sports fans worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Artists, Software Engineers, and external development partners
- Oversee schedules, budgets, prioritization, tradeoffs, and escalations
- Identify team issues and improve task-related processes
- Maintain status reports and capacity plan updates
- Establish Jira workflows, documentation, training, and engagement processes
Requirements:
- Three-plus years managing projects or leading project teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in Scrum or Agile software development
- Proven Jira and Jaas experience managing concurrent projects
- Experience with expansive teams, mediation, and conflict resolution
