This full-time Customer Service - Counter Sales position serves as the primary contact for incoming branch customers. You will interpret needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide quotations and solutions. The work combines customer service, order accuracy, inventory, shipping, receiving, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer needs and troubleshoot incoming branch inquiries
- Recommend products and solutions through customer quotations and sales
- Assemble orders, pack shipments, and support receiving activities
- Review stock and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist priority orders, warehouse maintenance, and customer support
Requirements:
- One or more years of customer service experience is an asset
- Warehouse operations and shipping experience are assets
- Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Basic mathematical skills and high school completion
