This full-time Customer Service - Counter Sales position is based at 2615 Moray Pl in Courtenay, British Columbia. You will interpret customer needs, troubleshoot issues, recommend products, and maintain order accuracy. The Monday-to-Friday schedule provides 40 hours weekly without weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to incoming branch customers
- Interpret needs and recommend products or solutions
- Prepare quotations and support customer sales
- Assemble orders and maintain accurate stock records
- Assist shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse maintenance
Requirements:
- High school completion
- One or more years of customer service experience is an asset
- Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate respectfully
