As an HR and Talent Coordinator, you will support recruitment from vacancy posting through onboarding. You will work with managers on hiring needs, maintain recruitment data, and assist with learning and talent management programs. The position also supports employee lifecycle administration and global HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post vacancies, source candidates, screen CVs, and schedule interviews
- Guide managers on hiring and candidate management best practices
- Build candidate and hiring manager relationships through onboarding
- Track recruitment key performance indicators and improve processes
- Support learning and development and talent management programs
Requirements:
- Experience coordinating recruitment or talent activities
- Knowledge of HR procedures and employee lifecycle administration
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management abilities
- Dayforce, SharePoint, Jira, and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
- Detail oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
