The HR and Talent Coordinator supports a global team across multiple countries. This role combines HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle support, and talent development initiatives. You will guide managers, maintain records, and help improve employee experience through accurate processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vacancies, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Partner with managers on hiring and candidate management practices
- Support learning, development, and talent management initiatives
- Maintain recruitment systems and track recruitment key performance indicators
- Administer onboarding, contracts, promotions, leavers, and offboarding
Requirements:
- Experience in HR generalist, HR coordinator, or talent coordinator roles
- Knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong administrative, process, and project coordination skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, SharePoint, and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and prioritization skills
