Lead SAP business readiness and process transformation at IPEX across manufacturing plants and distribution centres. This enterprise role guides deployment preparation and adoption. The Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness leads transformation activities for SAP deployment across IPEX’s network. Reporting to the VP, ERP Business Transformation, this senior business counterpart partners with ERP Delivery, Change & Training, Data Governance, business process owners, site leaders, and IT. The focus includes process standardization, stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, deployment governance, and business continuity. Key Responsibilities:
Develop the enterprise business readiness strategy for ERP deployment Establish future-state processes using SAP standard capabilities Lead readiness reviews with executives and governance teams Drive adoption across manufacturing, supply chain, and functional teams Coordinate master data governance, controls, and quality Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business Ten to fifteen years of progressive leadership experience Experience leading large-scale, multi-year ERP deployments Experience deploying standardized processes across manufacturing locations Experience influencing senior operational and functional leaders Bring SAP deployment leadership, process standardization, and organizational readiness expertise to IPEX’s enterprise transformation program.
