Lead People Analytics and HR Technology for IPEX from Oakville or Montreal, shaping workforce intelligence, trusted data, and executive decisions. As Senior Manager, you will direct an interconnected portfolio covering People Analytics, HR Technology, HR Systems, Master Data Management, and HR Service Delivery. Reporting to the Director, HR Operations, you will elevate workforce intelligence as an enterprise capability. Your work will connect analytics, technology, data, and service delivery to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee experience, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead multidisciplinary teams across interconnected HR technology and analytics functions Advance diagnostic and forward-looking workforce intelligence insights Establish measures, data ownership, platforms, integrations, and controls Shape HR service delivery processes, automation, and self-service Align HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and other partners Requirements:
Significant leadership across multiple HR functions Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex organizations Success integrating technology, data, processes, and service delivery Strong People Analytics and workforce intelligence understanding Working knowledge of Power BI or equivalent platforms Bring enterprise HR leadership, analytical insight, and portfolio governance to IPEX’s People Analytics and HR Technology agenda.
