Responsibilities include academic achievement, leadership development, community service, and culture development.
The position supports competitive OCAA programming and coaching staff leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a National Championship caliber soccer program
- Recruit, develop, and mentor student-athletes nationally and provincially
- Lead coaching staff and improve the overall program
- Organize and coach competitive OCAA indoor soccer
- Build recruitment partnerships supporting top-class team development
Requirements
- Post-secondary coaching experience preferred
- NCCP Competition Regional Coach Certification required
- Coaching Licence certification required
- Experience recruiting student-athletes in post-secondary environments
- Knowledge of OCAA rules, tactics, and technical development
