This full-time permanent role requires a compassionate Outreach Worker to deliver holistic services for clients in need. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive outreach support and case management services
- Provide financial assistance for personal services and essentials
- Coordinate culturally appropriate service plans for clients
- Educate clients on tenant rights and responsibilities
- Advocate for clients and access community resources
Requirements:
- Completion of a 2-year post-Secondary program in Health/Social Services
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in support services
- Strong knowledge of community programs and resources
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
