Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct active outreach to support at-risk Indigenous youth
- Deliver individual and group health promotion education
- Assist clients with necessary paperwork and applications

- Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- 2-year post-secondary program in Health/Social Services
- At least one year of experience in community settings
- Strong knowledge of Indigenous culture and community dynamics
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Valid driver's license for travel in the Durham area
