Dumitru Flanagan and Associates is seeking an Associate Consultant to collaborate with the Lead Advisor and Branch leadership. The practice delivers goals-based planning across investments, tax coordination, philanthropy, and estate strategies. The successful candidate supports client relationships, planning processes, and regulatory documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial plan preparation and analysis using Conquest Planning
- Coordinate information for tax, estate, insurance, and philanthropic planning
- Prepare portfolio reviews, analysis, and comparison reports
- Maintain accurate client records meeting firm documentation standards
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, and internal teams
Requirements:
- At least three years of securities-licensed advisory experience
- Registered Securities Licensed Representative in good standing with CIRO
- Completed Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook
- Certified Financial Planner designation preferred or in progress
- Strong organization and attention to regulatory detail
