Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service at the front counter and via phone
- Identify Members' financial needs and offer tailored solutions
- Promote DUCA's wide range of services and products
- Process routine transactions like deposits and withdrawals
- Follow up on Member inquiries with proactive communication
Requirements:
- High School Diploma; undergraduate degree preferred
- Minimum two years in a financial service role
- Strong cash handling experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
