Dream is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager with at least three years of property management experience. You will work closely with the Senior Property Manager, focusing on tenant administration and building operations. Your proactive approach will ensure you meet tenant needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build professional relationships with tenants through prompt responses
- Monitor Angus Anywhere and dispatch requests to Operators
- Manage construction projects and update tracking schedules
- Maintain current Contractor insurance binders
- Assist in tenant communication and Move In/Out processes
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' experience in property management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Knowledge of lease and contract interpretation
- Experience with JD Edwards and VTS Leasing Software preferred
- Understanding of industrial/commercial building systems and terminology
