Drake Property Management seeks a Property Administrator supporting resident experience and daily community administration. The work includes resident correspondence, move-ins, move-outs, records, reports, and coordination with property management, maintenance, accounting, and operations teams. Success requires organization and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Process forms, notices, correspondence, and resident documentation
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, keys, and related records
- Maintain resident information accurately in Yardi and company systems
- Support Property Managers with daily administrative activities
Requirements:
- Minimum two-plus years in property management, leasing, sales, customer service, or administration
- High school completion or general education degree
- Working knowledge of leasing procedures and Ontario Standard Lease requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Professional, resident-focused customer service and relationship management abilities
