Lead site operations from mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project performance on site. Work closely with project teams to manage forecasting, planning, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with building codes, contract requirements, and company standards. What We're Looking For
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor. Experience delivering commercial and institutional construction projects. Strong knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, construction processes, and building codes. Proficiency with construction technology and project management tools, including scheduling software. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience with healthcare projects or self-perform work would be considered an asset.
