Vous concevez, révisez et diffusez les outils de formation, accueillez les nouveaux employés et assurez la documentation permettant à chacun de travailler correctement.
Vous animerez les sessions, soutiendrez les équipes avec les procédures nouvelles et identifierez les goulets d'étranglement avant qu'ils ne freinent la production.
