Sleep Country Canada seeks a Delivery Manager, Digital & Data to lead end-to-end initiative execution. You will coordinate Digital, Data Engineering, BI, business stakeholders, and vendors. The work requires Agile and traditional PMO methodologies, governance, and executive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery execution across digital and data initiatives
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues across teams and vendors
- Coordinate Digital, Data Engineering, BI, and business stakeholders
- Provide timely status reporting and mitigation plans
- Remove blockers affecting delivery across workstreams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data, or related field
- Six to eight years delivering technology, digital, or data initiatives
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in complex environments
- Command of Agile and traditional PMO delivery methodologies
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools
