About the Role
We are looking for an Associate to join our US Marketplace Finance & Strategy team and help manage the financial performance of our business. You will own the rhythm of P&L reporting, planning, and investment management. You’ll translate performance and strategic decisions into clear, leadership-ready narratives that help us make efficient, data-driven decisions. The role requires judgment, adaptability, and strong partnership with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

- Track and analyze key financial performance drivers, uncover trends, and be a trusted source of truth for reporting, forecasting, and planning.
- Turn complex financial and operational inputs into clear, leadership-ready narratives with actionable recommendations.

- Help leadership decide where to invest by evaluating requests and making sure approved investments are reflected accurately in our plans.
- Support long-range planning and company forecasting, including analytical approaches to balance growth and profitability over time.
- Improve, automate, and scale our reporting and planning processes in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
As a Finance & Strategy Associate, you will collaborate day to day with partners in strategy & operations, product, analytics, and finance, and drive financial insights that inform our operational decisions and strategies. This role reports to a Director in our Finance & Strategy organization.
We’re excited about you because…
- 2-3 years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in a high-growth technology sector.
- Experience working on projects that require cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence partners at all levels within an organization.
- Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills. Able to build robust financial models used by teams throughout the company, and to size opportunities and build business cases for pursuing new initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn). Able to manipulate large data sets, uncover hidden insights in our data, and meaningfully improve our understanding of our business through this process.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
