As a Partner Manager, you will manage ongoing relationships with restaurant owners and promote DoorDash products. You will identify expansion opportunities, recommend marketing strategies, improve operations, and support satisfaction and retention. The role reports to the Manager, Regional Partner Strategy, with frequent phone and email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage merchant relationships across your assigned region
- Establish business goals with restaurant owners
- Upsell products and services to existing merchants
- Deliver quarterly business reviews highlighting wins and opportunities
- Reduce churn and support new store expansions
Requirements:
- Two or more years in client-facing sales roles
- Consistent success exceeding sales performance metrics
- Persistence and passion for sales
- Experience improving satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
- Comfort using Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Google Apps
