Shape DoorDash Dasher Tasks through SQL analysis, operational design, and pilot execution across a growing new business. Own workstreams end to end. As an Associate, you will size opportunities, design operations, launch pilots, and scale what works across task types and markets. The work spans commercial pilots and international expansion opportunities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Strategy & Operations leadership while building durable processes for Dasher Tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Own workstreams from hypothesis and analysis through operational scaling Pull data in SQL and model decisions in Excel or Sheets Define KPIs and use AI tools to accelerate analysis Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and leadership Build playbooks, SOPs, and durable operating processes Requirements:
One to three years in strategy and operations or related fields Experience owning projects from start to finish Comfort pulling data with SQL and modeling in Excel or Sheets Structured, resourceful approach to ambiguous operational challenges High bar for operational quality and willingness to investigate details Bring analytical judgment, SQL capability, and operational ownership to help DoorDash scale Dasher Tasks across its marketplace.
