Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and network flow for Donald’s Fine Foods from the Mitchell Island corporate site. Direct warehouse, transportation, inventory, and planning operations. As Supply Chain Manager, you will report directly to the COO and lead four direct reports across the network. You will shape North 49 Foods expansion requirements, strengthen multi-site systems, and manage supply chain performance across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build company-wide strategy and three-year capability roadmap
- Translate growth plans into network capacity requirements
- Oversee transportation, warehouses, carriers, and external storage
- Govern inventory accuracy, investigations, and corrective actions
- Establish capacity outlooks, scorecards, and performance discipline
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or engineering
- At least seven years of progressive relevant experience
- Experience leading managers or senior supervisors
- Strong inventory, transportation, ERP, WMS, and TMS knowledge
- Experience building systems and teams across multiple sites
- Bring network leadership, inventory governance, transportation expertise, and multi-site supply chain experience to Donald’s Fine Foods.
