We are in search of a reliable Technician Support who can proficiently carry outdifferent remodeling and maintenance tasks on our properties. You shouldpossess the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be proficient in handlinghand and power tools. Prior experience as an electrician or carpenter wouldbe an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Requirements analysis
- Managing lifecycle design and deployments

- Budget/schedule responsibility
- Track meetings and provide required reporting.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previoustechnical/installation experience in building automation
- Previoustechnical/installation experience in building Fire and Security
- Businessdevelopment, ability to educate clients on Honeywell systems and products.
- Strong knowledge, understanding, andimplementation of Windows Operating systems.
- Ability to manage virtual environments.
- Computer science
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
- Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals,Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Demonstrated experience in organizing and directing work activities according to priorities, and to meet deadlines involving multiple systems projects and vendors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative and creative solutions in a complex multiple system environment.
- Previous exposure to a site base, constructionenvironment
