Project controls expertise meets IT delivery in Montreal, where Domtar needs a Senior IT PMO Analyst for budgets and forecasts. Within Domtar’s IT Program and Delivery Management Office, this permanent role supports project financial and operational control. You will assist with monthly reporting, forecasting, budget preparation, expenditure tracking, purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations, and variance identification. You will also review administrative artifacts, validate project documentation, and help managers maintain accurate, compliant records across the IT project portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Support monthly financial reporting and forecasting through data uploads Record and validate purchase orders, invoices, and expenditures Assist project budget preparation, tracking, and cost reconciliation Identify budget variances and update administrative artifacts Review project charters, funding documents, and closure deliverables Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or similar At least five years of information technology experience At least five years in project management roles Familiarity with project management organizations and methodologies Proficiency in Excel and demonstrated technical tool management experience Apply project controls, financial analysis, documentation review, and Excel skills as Domtar’s Senior IT Project Controls Analyst.
