Shape Domino’s relationship-based authorization platform with SpiceDB, Go, Kubernetes, and enterprise-scale identity architecture. Influence foundational systems used across regulated industries. As Staff Software Engineer, you will set direction for Domino’s Identity and Access platform. You will extend fine-grained authorization primitives, guide migration from legacy checks, and design reusable interfaces. The work includes cloud workload identity, organizational modeling, and production operations. Key Responsibilities:
Extend centralized relationship-based authorization across the platform Harden authorization for enterprise scale, reliability, and security Sequence migration away from legacy access checks Design reusable identity and access capabilities Lead reviews and clarify complex architectural decisions Requirements:
Experience architecting authorization frameworks for enterprise customers Hands-on relationship-based or fine-grained authorization experience Strong Go, Java, or comparable backend engineering skills Kubernetes service operations and platform API design experience Grounding in OIDC, SAML, and cloud workload identity Bring authorization architecture, backend engineering, and technical leadership to Domino’s evolving Identity and Access platform.
