As Docebo's Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist, you will support security activities, audits, and compliance across a global SaaS ecosystem. Your work will address NIS2, NIST, GDPR, ISO, SOC, FedRAMP, and related customer requirements. You will also use Vanta, 1UP, basic coding, and cloud knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer security requests, RFIs, RFQs, and questionnaires
- Establish Corrective Action Plans for outstanding customer requirements
- Review agreements and data processing addendums with legal
- Support SOC 2, ISO, NIS2, and customer audits
- Automate compliance workflows and maintain trust page materials
Requirements:
- Four-plus years supporting SaaS security, audits, and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCloud, GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA
- Familiarity with ISO, SOC 2, PCI, NIS2, and FedRAMP
- Basic coding skills and Vanta or 1UP experience
