You will facilitate client engagements across various industries, analyze and review income tax returns, and contribute to the overall business development strategy. As a leader, you will support your team through mentoring and ongoing development while ensuring effective resource management and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements in diverse sectors
- Conduct thorough analysis of tax returns
- Develop new business through existing relationships
- Mentor and supervise an accounting team
- Exceed client expectations consistently through planning
Requirements:
- CPA designation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in public accounting
- Deep understanding of accounting and tax
- Familiarity with Caseware, Taxprep, QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
