We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Journeyperson to work on commercial HVAC systems. The role requires a strong understanding of duct systems and local safety codes. Your ability to read blueprints and take pride in craftsmanship will be crucial in ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and install HVAC duct systems and sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal components
- Install supports and hangers for systems
- Inspect work for compliance with codes and standards
Requirements:
- Valid Red Seal trade certification
- Knowledge of duct installation methods
- Strong reliability and attention to detail
- Familiarity with construction documents
- Understanding of local safety standards
