Lead welcoming client experiences at The Beauty Society through reception, appointment booking, payment processing, and social media coordination. This full-time position starts September 1, 2024.
As a Beauty Receptionist and Coordinator, you will support beauty and wellness professionals at an upscale salon and wellness space. The work combines customer service, Instagram and TikTok content, community engagement, and organized daily coordination. You will also manage beverages, tours, transactions, and basic bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and provide tours of the salon and wellness facility
- Process debit payments and book appointments accurately
- Manage daily stories, posts, and reels for The Beauty Society
- Respond to online comments and inquiries promptly
- Support providers with social content and business promotion
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in salon or wellness settings
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Very outgoing, extroverted, reliable, and punctual
- Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok platforms
- Strong organization, detail orientation, and multitasking ability
