Support reliable plant operations as an Electrical, Instrumentation, and HVAC Supervisor at Discovery’s Kidd Operations in Canada. Prioritize maintenance planning and safety. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will lead crews responsible for electrical, instrumentation, and HVAC maintenance. The position ensures preventive maintenance follows the site strategy, with follow-up work planned, scheduled, and executed through established workflows. It also supports environmental compliance and cost control. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure preventive maintenance meets the established maintenance strategy Schedule and execute required follow-up maintenance work Identify hazards and maintain adequate risk controls Maintain emission control equipment within specification Work with supervisors to improve performance and efficiency Requirements:
College diploma in Electrical Supervisory Common Core or supervisor experience Excellent computer skills, including Mincom and Ellipse Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to workplace safety and risk elimination Bring mining maintenance supervision, preventive maintenance, and safety knowledge to strengthen equipment availability at Kidd Operations.
