As Campus Administrator and Financial Aid Officer, you will assist with StudentAid BC, Indigenous funding, WorkBC, employer sponsorships, and other third-party applications. You will explain requirements, maintain files, and support student onboarding and orientations. The full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule is onsite at 777 Goldstream Avenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with funding applications and requirements
- Review and monitor financial aid files
- Identify funding delays, discrepancies, and compliance concerns
- Support onboarding, orientations, appointments, correspondence, and reporting
- Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum two years of relevant administrative or service experience
- StudentAid BC or government-funded program experience is an asset
- Strong organizational, records-management, and customer-service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and confidential information handling
