As a Junior Technical Support Representative, you provide Level 1 assistance to customers, installers, distributors, and Authorized Service Providers. You create and triage HubSpot tickets, collect diagnostic details, and resolve documented issues using DES procedures. As your product knowledge develops, you attempt Level 2 cases with guidance from senior representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact through phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Guide troubleshooting for installation, configuration, communication, and alarm issues
- Collect photos, serial numbers, readings, and system logs
- Document interactions, steps, resolutions, and escalations in HubSpot
- Explain DES product operation and direct customers to resources
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience and clear communication abilities
- Strong electrical inclination and willingness to learn technical systems
- Basic understanding of voltage, current, series, and parallel configurations
- Ability to distinguish Level 1 from Level 2 issues
- Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, or Teams
