Own creative vision and quality standards for Performance Design Review creative across paid social, display, video, and landing pages Lead, coach, and develop designers and motion contractors Manage department P&L, margins, resourcing, and revenue targets Lead AI adoption within real production workflows Requirements:
Five-plus years in performance marketing or growth-focused agencies Experience managing creative teams and business outcomes Experience with P&L, margins, and resourcing decisions Hands-on experience with AI creative tools Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Bring creative direction, performance marketing expertise, AI integration, and business acumen to Directive Consulting’s remote Performance Design department.
