Work Experience: 7+ years as Senior Delivery Lead, Credit Card Payment Automation, Bambora, Java, Web-based application, SDLC, Agile.
Location: Montreal, Quebec – Hybrid work model, 2 days/week in office.
Employment type: 6 Month Contract, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week with a strong possibility of extension.
Base pay range: CA$120.00/hr - CA$120.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle.
- Lead the planning phase.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
- Define scope.
- Build the delivery roadmap for an initiative focused on automating credit card payments for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- A hands-on approach, actively involved in all aspects of delivery—not just at a high level.
- Experience with Credit Card Payment Automation.
- Experience with Bambora for TD Bank Credit Card processing experience.
- Six Sigma certification – an asset.
- The ideal candidate comes from a background in software development and transitioned to a senior delivery lead.
- Agile SCRUM methodology.
- AI – such as Copilot – an asset.
