We are actively growing and looking for a Junior to Intermediate M&A Analyst to join our Corporate Development team. Reporting directly to the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, you will be a key player in driving our buy-side growth strategy. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers in the background. You will get hands-on experience across the entire M&A lifecycle—from identifying strategic targets and running valuations, to facilitating due diligence and actively participating in the post-merger integration of newly acquired firms into the Dillon family. This is a new position and can be based out of our London Ontario office. We offer flexible work hours and hybrid work arrangement options to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life.

- Due Diligence Coordination: Assist the Director in managing the end-to-end due diligence process, liaising with internal subject matter experts (HR, IT, Finance, Legal) and external advisors to identify deal risks and opportunities.
- Deal Structuring & Execution: Support the drafting of letters of intent (LOIs), term sheets, and internal investment memos for the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Post-Merger Management & Integration: Play a critical hands-on role in helping newly acquired companies transition smoothly. You will track integration KPIs, resolve operational bottlenecks, and help integrate new teams into Dillon’s employee-owned culture.
