This intermediate or senior position supports Dillon's Reality Capture Team within Data Integration Services. You will calculate survey plans, build digital surfaces, review building plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary drafting work. The role also includes mentoring junior staff and supporting public-sector, Indigenous, and private-sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate survey plans and precise gridline layouts
- Build and analyze digital terrain surfaces and 3D models
- Support coordinate systems, geodetic datums, and survey adjustments
- Manage geospatial data imports, exports, and drafting workflows
- Supervise CAD drawings, deliverables, and quality control
Requirements:
- Degree in surveying, geography, engineering, science, or related field
- Five to ten-plus years of professional field surveying experience
- Extensive AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
- Revit and ESRI GIS software experience considered an asset
- Strong communication, organization, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
