As a Structural Bridge CAD Designer/Drafter, you will support multidisciplinary transportation structure projects at Dillon Consulting Limited. The work includes detailed drafting, construction documents, quantity take-offs, and contract administration. You will collaborate with engineers, planners, scientists, and technical support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design contract packages with multidisciplinary teams
- Produce two-dimensional and three-dimensional design drawings
- Prepare construction drawings and supporting documents
- Calculate concrete, reinforcement, and miscellaneous steel quantities
- Support construction observation and contract administration activities
Requirements:
- Architectural or Engineering Technologist diploma
- Two to seven years of engineering consulting experience
- Proficiency with current AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Revit or MicroStation is an asset
