Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapeutic support using trauma-informed approaches
- Deliver relationship-based support in diverse community settings
- Develop and evaluate behavior support and skill-building programs
- Coordinate case management and integrated service planning
- Engage families through advocacy and education
Requirements:
- Diploma in Child & Youth Care or related field
- Experience supporting Indigenous children and families preferred
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Valid Class G Driver's License required
- Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
