As Assistant Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Manager and collaborate with General, Service, and Parts Managers. Your work spans sales operations, customer satisfaction, inventory coordination, and team development. The position requires automotive experience focused on New and Pre-Owned vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dealership sales operations with the Sales Manager
- Guide Sales Consultants throughout the customer journey
- Resolve sales, dealership, personnel, and product concerns professionally
- Review sales performance reports and follow up with customers
- Coordinate inventory, pricing, presentation, and vehicle cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Valid VSA License required
- Automotive industry experience in New and Pre-Owned vehicle sales
- Experience supporting or leading customer-facing sales teams
- Strong leadership, management, communication, and customer service skills
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
