You will interpret vehicle concerns, explain maintenance recommendations, manage repair orders, and coordinate approvals, parts, payments, and warranty coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and gather vehicle repair information
- Explain maintenance schedules, warranties, services, and recommendations
- Complete repair orders, estimates, walk-arounds, and vehicle histories
- Monitor repairs and communicate vehicle status updates
- Process repair orders and parts through CDK and Dealer-FX
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of automotive Service Advisor experience
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- Ability to translate customer concerns for technicians
- Strong organization and task prioritization abilities
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
