Connect marketing campaigns with sales BDC follow-up at Dilawri, improving appointments, lead conversion, and customer retention across Ontario dealerships. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this Regional Marketing Manager leads marketing and sales BDC direct reports. The position manages campaign execution, dealership social media, media investment, and customer communications. It also oversees CRM lead management, appointment setting, response metrics, and sales team handoffs. Primary work is based at 5500 Dixie Road in Mississauga, with required dealership travel. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee BDC lead follow-up, CRM logging, appointments, and handoffs Monitor response, contact, attendance, and conversion performance Recommend improvements to dealership leadership using performance data Plan private sales events, customer events, and sponsorship activations Coordinate segmentation, email campaigns, and automated communications Requirements:
Working knowledge of automotive CRM and sales BDC processes Experience with appointment setting and conversion reporting Ability to lead, develop, delegate, and manage team performance Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills At least five years of progressive marketing experience Bring BDC leadership, CRM knowledge, campaign management, and conversion reporting experience to Dilawri’s Ontario regional marketing team.
