Key Responsibilities:
- Assess needs and requests from platform members
- Guide members in their health care journeys
- Support members using motivational interviewing techniques
- Ensure navigation to resources complementary to services
- Develop community resource databases and mental health pamphlets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mental health or human relations
- 2+ years of experience in intervention roles
- Availability for 8 to 32 hours weekly
- Strong knowledge of community and institutional resources
