Lead private-sector marketing strategy and business development at DIALOG, using complex pursuits, proposals, and relationship-building expertise. This role supports practice groups across Canada and globally. As a seasoned Marketing and Business Development Lead, you will serve DIALOG’s Private Sector markets, including Mixed-Use Living and Hospitality. You will develop market strategies, manage pursuit pipelines, and coordinate submissions across a multidisciplinary design practice. Success requires strong writing, editing, facilitation, and Adobe InDesign skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop practice group portfolio, expertise, and team understanding
- Create market strategies and annual budgets with practice group Chairs
- Research opportunities and coordinate pursuit win strategies
- Manage CRM acquisition, vetting, and submission processes
- Plan content, assets, communications, awards, and visibility initiatives
Requirements:
- Eight-plus years in marketing and business development
- Experience with complex AEC or B2B professional services pursuits
- Related post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or design
- Strong writing, editing, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong Adobe InDesign knowledge and presentation skills
