Lead architectural construction administration for DIALOG’s UHNBC Acute Care Tower in Prince George, BC, using strong healthcare and contract expertise. This full-time site-based role requires consistent on-site presence throughout construction. As a senior architectural representative, you will support a complex, multi-year healthcare project delivered through a Project Alliance model. You will coordinate consultants, constructors, Northern Health, trade partners, authorities and clinical teams while protecting design quality, safety and regulatory compliance. Your work will address construction-phase decisions, field conditions, phased documents and project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead on-site architectural construction administration activities Conduct site reviews for contract and design conformance Coordinate submittals, changes, clarifications and field conditions Identify deficiencies, risks and coordination issues Support commissioning, turnover and defect correction Requirements:
