About the role: You will drive phenomenal decision making with your business partner and support the business in setting and realizing its performance ambition and AOP with a particular focus on the Dynamic value creator area of the Finance Mission:

Role Responsibilities: Functional Partner the Regional Performance Directors in driving outstanding performance management, customer and brand investment decisions. Provide decision support to the commercial teams, which will ultimately improve Net Sales Value, Gross Profit and Gross Margin % whilst delivering gains on market share. Leads the national forecasting process in partnership with FP&A and commercial colleagues managing opportunity and risk management to deliver against financial objectives. Leading the S&OP from Finance with Supply Overall M&E governance Efficiency – SLOBS, Discos and Allocations.
