As part of the Governance Team, you will help maintain Diageo's safety and quality commitments. The role supports distillation and maturation processes for Crown Royal. Responsibilities include process testing, sensory analysis, laboratory instrument operation, and quality administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test incoming grain against established specifications
- Analyze process samples and finished products
- Operate HPLC, moisture analyzer, and NIR Spectrometer
- Perform yeast cell counts and sensory analysis
- Maintain sensory standards and support ISO 9001 compliance
Requirements:
- Proven laboratory experience or relevant equivalent
- Experience performing HPLC analysis
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Excel and database systems
- Strong prioritization, organization, and attention to detail
