DHL Express is seeking a Credits Processing Analyst for an 18-month contract at our National Office in Brampton, ON. You will support the CREDITs program, manage exceptions and ensure timely processing per customer expectations.
Responsibilities include processing credits, updating data tables, auditing submissions to CBSA, investigating data issues, and collaborating with leadership to improve the customer experience. Bachelor's degree preferred and strong Excel/data skills are required.
